Costa makes way for new flagship - Costa Diadema

 

 

     November 2014 will see the arrival of a brand new ship to the Costa fleet - Costa Diadema, weighing in at 132,500 gross tonnage with an overall investment of around 550 million Euros to the Costa corporation

 

 

Costa Diadema - Christened 7th November 2014

 

 

     Costa Diadema will have a total guest capacity of 4,947, 1253 crew and a total of 1854 cabins, comprising of 687 interior cabins, 254 ocean view cabins, a large proportion of balcony cabins - 852 cabins to be precise, starting on deck 2, will give a wider audience the chance to experience a balcony cabin at a lower costing, and finally 61 balcony suites with a larger square footage, giving added space and benefits

     Costa Diadema is compared to the Carnival Dream ' class' of ships, and she marks the way for being the most modern ship in terms of overall design in the Costa fleet
